7月9日2时27分,随着(zhe)现(xian)场压(ya)裂泵(beng)车的轰(hong)鸣声逐渐平息,位(wei)于(yu)(yu)新疆油(you)(you)田(tian)玛(ma)湖油(you)(you)田(tian)玛(ma)18井(jing)(jing)区的MaHW6274井(jing)(jing)膨胀管井(jing)(jing)筒重(zhong)构重(zhong)复(fu)(fu)压(ya)裂试验(yan)取得(de)成(cheng)功。此次(ci)施工成(cheng)功实(shi)现(xian)了国(guo)内首口应(ying)用(yong)于(yu)(yu)水平井(jing)(jing)重(zhong)复(fu)(fu)压(ya)裂的膨胀管井(jing)(jing)筒重(zhong)构,标(biao)志着(zhe)我国(guo)在非常规油(you)(you)藏水平井(jing)(jing)重(zhong)复(fu)(fu)压(ya)裂技术(shu)(shu)领域的重(zhong)大(da)突(tu)破,实(shi)现(xian)了“卡脖子(zi)”关键核(he)心技术(shu)(shu)的自主可控,对我国(guo)非常规油(you)(you)藏二次(ci)开发(fa)和保障国(guo)家能源安全具有(you)重(zhong)大(da)战略意义(yi)。
前期(qi)准备
近年(nian)来(lai),针对玛湖致(zhi)密砾岩(yan)储层强(qiang)非均质性、水平(ping)井(jing)段(duan)内多簇压裂非均衡起裂导致(zhi)的(de)初次(ci)压裂产量递减快(kuai),一次(ci)采收率偏低问题,新疆油田工(gong)程技术(shu)研(yan)究(jiu)院(监理公司)科研(yan)人员持(chi)续(xu)攻关探(tan)索水平(ping)井(jing)重(zhong)复压裂技术(shu)。2022年联合集团公司工程技术研究院,在目前钻井膨胀管堵漏技术基础上,开展玛湖5寸套管水平井膨胀管井筒重构重复压裂技术可行性论证;协调多方优势力量,综合考虑水平井重复压裂工况要求,与集团工程院、中油测井新疆分公司、西部钻探井下作业公司等多家兄弟单位一道,明确该工艺技术可行可试,并编制形成此次水平井膨胀管井筒重构重复压裂技术方案。
首(shou)次试验(yan)
国内水平井(jing)重(zhong)复(fu)压(ya)裂技(ji)术(shu)成熟度(du)低,现(xian)场试(shi)验投资(zi)高、风险大,为(wei)(wei)推(tui)动现(xian)场试(shi)验落(luo)地(di),在(zai)新疆油田(tian)公(gong)司(si)(si)工程(cheng)技(ji)术(shu)处(chu)的组(zu)织下(xia),工程(cheng)技(ji)术(shu)研究(jiu)院(监理公(gong)司(si)(si))积(ji)极(ji)申报公(gong)司(si)(si)试(shi)验项目并(bing)获立项通过。针对膨胀(zhang)管(guan)重(zhong)构后(hou)小井(jing)筒(tong)(tong)重(zhong)复(fu)改造(zao)难点,科研人员以(yi)地(di)质工程(cheng)一体(ti)化为(wei)(wei)原则优(you)化重(zhong)复(fu)压(ya)裂设计(ji),充(chong)分(fen)考虑作业(ye)风险,从(cong)工具材料(liao)选型、压(ya)裂工艺措(cuo)施优(you)化等方(fang)面(mian)制定精准技(ji)术(shu)对策,并(bing)多次得到油气和新能源(yuan)公(gong)司(si)(si)采油采气工艺处(chu)、长(zhang)庆油田(tian)分(fen)公(gong)司(si)(si)等单位领导(dao)专家审(shen)查(cha)指导(dao)。该井(jing)前期(qi)膨胀(zhang)管(guan)井(jing)筒(tong)(tong)重(zhong)构累计(ji)补贴长(zhang)度(du)1041米,重构后井筒内径85毫米,抗内压达到75兆帕以上,为重复压裂提供了良好的井筒条件。
突(tu)破瓶颈
试验(yan)以来,在工程技术处的(de)牵(qian)头组织下,成立由多家(jia)单(dan)位组成的(de)“MaHW6274井(jing)井(jing)筒重构重复压裂”工(gong)(gong)作专班,明确各单位(wei)责(ze)任分工(gong)(gong),挂(gua)图推进现场(chang)(chang)试(shi)验。试(shi)验的技(ji)术负(fu)责(ze)单位(wei)工(gong)(gong)程技(ji)术研究院(监(jian)理公司),积极践行“红工(gong)(gong)衣(yi)+白大褂(gua)”创新(xin)机制,从现场(chang)(chang)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)的工(gong)(gong)艺技(ji)术细(xi)节中(zhong)发现问题、寻(xun)找(zhao)答(da)案,提高创新(xin)水平。试(shi)验历时1年半,先(xian)后经历了新(xin)冠疫(yi)情(qing)、冬季(ji)严寒、夏季(ji)酷暑等不利条件,科研人员慎终如始,系统打通(tong)了工(gong)(gong)艺的难点卡(ka)点堵点,并全过(guo)程驻(zhu)井(jing)跟踪(zong)指导(dao)现场(chang)(chang)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)作业,保障了现场(chang)(chang)试(shi)验顺利开展(zhan)。
圆满成功(gong)
“该(gai)井(jing)16段33簇压(ya)(ya)裂(lie)施(shi)工累计入井(jing)液量(liang)2.5万方、加砂800余方,各(ge)段压(ya)(ya)裂(lie)施(shi)工新(xin)缝起裂(lie)迹象(xiang)明显,圆满且高质量(liang)地完成了(le)现场(chang)施(shi)工。该(gai)项技(ji)术(shu)(shu)的突破填补(bu)了(le)我(wo)国(guo)水(shui)平井(jing)井(jing)筒(tong)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)构(gou)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)复压(ya)(ya)裂(lie)技(ji)术(shu)(shu)空白,刷新(xin)了(le)国(guo)内水(shui)平段膨胀(zhang)管封堵作业长度纪录,拓展了(le)北美膨胀(zhang)管井(jing)筒(tong)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)构(gou)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)复压(ya)(ya)裂(lie)应(ying)用界限,对我(wo)国(guo)非(fei)常(chang)规(gui)油气藏(zang)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)复压(ya)(ya)裂(lie)大幅(fu)提(ti)产具有(you)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要意(yi)义。”新(xin)疆油田工程(cheng)技(ji)术(shu)(shu)研究院一级(ji)工程(cheng)师纪拥军说(shuo),接(jie)下来我(wo)们将(jiang)继续(xu)做好试(shi)验效果(guo)跟(gen)踪评价,并以此次现场(chang)试(shi)验为契机,全(quan)面总(zong)结技(ji)术(shu)(shu)成果(guo)和现场(chang)试(shi)验经验,从而(er)为我(wo)国(guo)非(fei)常(chang)规(gui)油气藏(zang)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)复压(ya)(ya)裂(lie)技(ji)术(shu)(shu)体系构(gou)建贡献工程(cheng)技(ji)术(shu)(shu)力量(liang)。
